Kazaxia is a blog that takes a satirical look at life in Kazakhstan. It focuses on things to do for visitors coming to this vast Central Asian country and on contemporary issues in Kazakhstan and around. It is written by Lord Venal, a regular visitor to the country since the early 2000s, from his base in Northern Cyprus.

Really like your blog. It’s refreshingly honest. It is surprising how you can write this kind of blog being in kz. Or maybe because it’s in English. I feel like if it was written in Kazakh or Russian, the link would be broken the next day. Or maybe it’s just my feelings and a freedom of speech does exist in our country 🙂
Well written. I find KZ a lot nicer now that I don´t live there anymore.
