   I was also an observer for the Presidential run, but been in Kokshetau, it was a way too cold for a nap on a stone. My pics are filled with snow instead 🙂

     It seems like Lord Venal was a tad confused – it appears the last pic was from his trip to observe the parliamentary elections in Venezuela. Sorry about that!

   Maybe he was in the south of RK. It was a lot warmer there

     It was freezing on election day but it didn’t dampen the turnout figures.
